- Intellectual property
In accordance with applicable Belgian law on intellectual property, national regulations and international conventions, only use for private use is permitted. Any other use, including, among other reproduction will be treated as acts of infringement, violation of trademark rights, copyrights and / or other provisions that are applicable to the provisions relating to intellectual property.
The user cannot therefore reproduce, grant, distribute, sell, modify all or part of the elements (text, images, pictures, aso.) represented on the site.
The Asbl O.U.C.H. Belgium, however, reserves the right to waive to this provision, and can provide a written consent to any person submitting a request.
- Personal data
As part of the realization of its objectives, OUCH Belgium may collect certain personal information from site's users. Those informations will be used exclusively by the OUCH Belgium and will never be forwarded to third parties.
