Resignation shall be deemed to have occurred:
• The full, associated or supporter member who does not pay the membership fee which is incumbent upon him/her, within one month of the reminder which is sent to him/her by postal mail or e-mail.
• The full member who does not attend or is not represented at 2 consecutive general meetings without being excused.
